TENS

TENS is a therapy that uses low-voltage electrical current to relieve pain. A TENS machine consists of a battery-powered device that sends electrical pulses through electrodes attached to the surface of the skin. The electrodes are placed on or near the nerves where the pain is located or at trigger points.
